Ordered this for someone special and she loved it. Although I am confused because while looking at the pictures, it appears to have an extra white silicone strap but the watch that arrived did not have the extra strap.
Good morning the only thing that came out like it looks like used is the white extra band that comes with the watch
When I went to pick up the watch, the salesperson could not find the original box, but assured me it was not the floor model...when I gave it as a gift, the crown fell off when my wife tried to wind it. I took it back to find out it was indeed a floor/returned item and should have had a nice box, extra strap and working crown. It was a super poor experience at Macy's.
beautiful and useful( the 2 straps) give more options to use
I had to return this watch because the crown would not move. The crown had been over wound not allowing further adjustment of date and time.
