Misleading – this watch was not new
I purchased this watch online from Macy’s at the Galleria location, expecting a brand-new item. However, the watch was clearly not new. It did not have the security seal on the crown of the watch, which is usually present on new timepieces. In addition, there were visible scratches on the side of the case. This was very disappointing because the item was advertised and sold as new. I expected better quality control from Macy’s. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this watch online.
