The shoes are fine. However, the packaging is a DISASTER. The box looks like it came from WW2, or from some third world country, maybe Somalia? Packaging is as important as the product.

Not the same shoe
We have purchased the same shoes for over 15 years. They were always comfortable and high quality. This time they were different. The sizing had drastically changed - the shoes were at least a size smaller. The fit was different - no longer comfortable. And the quality had gone down as well. Now we are looking for a new brand for dress shoes.
