I have the Nuface that feels fine if I use the right amount of activation gel. However this body device hurt no matter how much gel I used! I had to send it back. Refund was prompt. Good company to work with.

I loved my nubody device however when it stopped working I called the company and they told me it could not be repaired. So while I loved it - I expected it to work much longer.

The product said that u have to download an app but it doesn’t work to sign up with your account

After fives uses, stopped powering on. Left on the charger 24 hours, shows it has a full charge but will not power on.

The product packaging says to download the app, but the app doesn’t include any information on this specific device. No “how to use” videos or tutorials available for Nūbody at all. It isn’t even on the dropdown list to add as a device. Why refer me to an app that doesn’t include anything for this device?!

Have spent 20 minutes trying to open the box without ripping it apart in case it doesn't work and needs to be returned. However, the cover seems to be glued too the inside box. Was this a returned product? Should I open it? No idea if this product works, but the first impression is pretty bad!

I haven't seen any improvements yet. So far, I do not think the price of this product is justified.

I was starting using this device and after 3d time ,it stops working. It fully charged ,I tried all recommendations and it’s just doesn’t work
