Nice scent

Did i receive a defective product? I bought a different scent of Jo Malone diffuser in the past that filled the room. The oil has fully saturated the reeds, and I have to be within 5 ft of it to notice the Blackberry and Bay scent. Very disappointed with the potency at this high price point. Whether it's defective or not, I won't be purchasing another one.

I bought as a gift for my mum bit expensive but she worth it looks great very nice to have a jo mallone piece on display however very disappointed with the lack of smell also my mum did comment that she could hardly smell it only smells when above it won't be buying again

The Blackberry Diffuser by Jo Malone smells so good. And it lasts a long time. I’ve tried otter diffusers but this one smells so good. Whenever someone walks in my house they give me compliments. I buy them often.

Great product for a house warming gift

I bought this diffuser a few days ago and I love it, it has a very nice smell, it looks very nice, and it does a very good job at filling my room with the amazing smell of blackberry bay

the worst packaging, there were no boxes, no reeds and the lid was half open.

this is one of my fav scents to wear so I am anxious to try this diffuser

Absolutely beautiful! Fills up the entire room! It does exactly what it says on the tin!
