[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I not only bought one, I bought three! Key to enjoyment is to follow the directions regarding the sticks before you add them to the container. Orange blossom is one of my very favorite scents. I wear the perfume, too! It's a light, happy smell that attracts lots of compliments. Makes a great hostess gift! Lasts 3-4 months and consistently makes any room smell better.

DON'T LET OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWERS DISSUADE YOU! I fear poor reviews here are the result of user-error. The diffuser reeds have to be lightly "tapped" against a hard object before being inserted into the diffuser oil (I believe this creates micro cracks in the reeds, through which the fragrance can then emanate). These instructions did come on a small card with the product in its box, but perhaps people don't read it because they assume they know how to use oil diffusers. These reeds are more sophisticated than others and therefore require unique treatment. I can assure you that when used properly, this product works. I know because I can smell it immediately when I walk into the room where the diffuser lives in my house. And because my husband - who doesn't like fragrance - could smell it so much so that he asked I remove it! And he was by no means "sticking his nose in it," as one reviewer cited as the only way to smell the fragrance. Shop confidently - this product is excellent. It simply requires that you use it as Jo Malone intends you to; smack the reeds on a hard surface before inserting them into the oil.

Lovely scent. Perfectly mild and not too heavy. Reminds me of the 80s Orange Blossom perfume sold in Florida gift shops.

So bad experience, bad service and didn’t give the stick .

I am highly sensitive to scents but this Orange Blossom Diffuser is just perfect. We have a large open living space and this definitely does not fill up the area. I like that I could only smell it when I walk past it. However, when I place it in a bedroom with a closed door, the scent does fill up the room. The smell is very sweet and does not make me dizzy.

I bought this to fragrance my home office, You cannot smell it unless you actually get very close and sniff the reeds. I am so disappointed. I was so looking forward to filling my office with a lovely scent.
