Great knives. I use them daily. I have a full set and have used them for years. The small paring knife is excellent. It retains sharpness, and makes for low effort work. It feels good in the hand, So, it’s a great and faithful tool, as is all their product.
Knife is much better than expected. It is well built and IS sharp, and durable. The knife was a replacement for a lost one from my 20 year old set. I am well pleased and give that brand my recommendation

This knife is so comfortable and is highly affordable considering how it is only slightly more expensive than the ones sold at big box retailers. This will obviously last a long time.

The knives were replacements for ones I received 30 years ago. The rivets on the handles were damaged over time. The new knives are a bit lighter, but it is not an issue at all. They are sharp and well balanced.
