I bought the red tie thinking it was all one color. Approximately 27 inches on the narrow half of the tie is a dark navy color. It looks fashionably "edgy", but maybe not the look you are seeking for some conservative occasions. The tie material and construction is very high quality. I would buy it again if I was looking for the two-color scheme.

I bought this tie in Burgundy. I expected a Burgundy tie. The last third of the tie is blue. If you are over 5'6" or like a full windsor knot, the blue shows up
The quality of the product is good but I'm disappointed with the packaging. I was hoping that the necktie was placed in a box instead of just plain Macy's bag.
Nice tie but realize that the color doesn't go the whole length of the tie. AT least 1/2 of the "tail end" is solid black. Strange.
This is the perfect shade of red and it's a nice silk that ties a great looking knot!
