I'm usually not one to write reviews, and when I do, it's typically because I'm raving about a product I genuinely love. But I had such an awful experience with this hair mask that I feel compelled to warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did. The texture of this product was unlike anything I've ever experienced. It left behind a residue that reminded me of the film left behind by cheap paper stickers; almost invisible and extremely difficult to wash out. It wasn't necessarily tacky to the touch, but it made my hair stick together and clump in a way that felt impossible to get rid of. I had to take multiple showers and wash my hair several times during each one before I finally felt like I had removed the residue. My hair felt extremely heavy and oily and would clump together so badly that it became difficult to brush or even dry. Even more concerning, when I tried to brush and dry my hair, I noticed a significant amount of hair coming off on my hands. I was absolutely miserable. I even tried soaking my hair in various other hair oils in an attempt to counteract the effects, but nothing helped. Overall, I can honestly say I would rather get gum stuck in my hair than use this product again. Do not purchase this if you value your hair—or your sanity.

I received a free sample of invisible oil mask and I have to say I'm impressed it does everything it said it would. My hair is smooth and shiny feels light and feels and looks hydrated. Love this product

Love this product. First time purchasing and will certainly purchase again. I have curly hair and I used this product as a mask. Adds so much moisture back into my hair and smells great! My curls are soft and defined after using the mask treatment, I just purchased their styling cream because I was so happy with the conditioner!

It smells good, and I really loved the Invisible Oil, but this hair mask would just not cling to my hair. Even with a tight shower cap, it ran all down my face and neck. Hardly any product was left in my hair after five minutes. Detangling was a nightmare that took 30 minutes and ended up with a palmful of hair ripped out.

This is absolutely the best! Provides amazing hydration and shine. Do not hesitate, try it and you will see for yourself.

Moisturizing and smoothing. Easier to comb through my locks after using. This product makes for a perfect foundation for a great style!

I got a sample of this mask, and loved it so much I had to buy some (and also got shampoo, conditioner, and a couple of the other Invisible Oil products). I have super tight curls, tons of very very fine hair. My hair is dry... Like Saharan. I'm quickly closing in on 60 y.o., and my hair is showing my age. I also recently had a color treatment. My hair was brittle and dry and there was so much breakage. This product is a miracle. It repaired my hair, and doesn't make my light brown hair look dirty, and doesn't make my new blonde highlights look dark. No more brittle hair. I can heat style and I don't have frizzy flyaways, just tame, smooth hair, which is saying something for my naturally coiled mane. Thank you for this product!

My hair usually drinks conditioner & products so fast it makes slurping sounds! LOL! Well, this mask on its own is decent...BUT if I use equal parts mask & conditioner I feel I hit the jackpot! I can almost hear my hair expressing gratitude!

I do like it does not come in a tub. My hair is not weighed down from it but that were the pros stop. I have thin, low porosity curly hair and it can get weighed down easily. I got it in a bundle from birch box and I don't usually use silcones on my hair but it had such good reviews I decided to use it. It didn't help with my tangles. I had tangles after rinsing it out. My hair was not soft even while still wet in the shower. My drug store Maui moisture purple container deep conditioner gives me better results without silicone.

I used this after they discontinued the other invisible oil mask (which was amazing), and this recommended to me. It does absolutely nothing for my hair. I have damage from highlighting over the years, so lots of dry ends, and the old mask was a lifesaver. I'm so disappointed I wasted money on this!
