Busted glass , three different times

We tried three times to receive this frame without the glass being broken. Whoever did the packaging never used proper materials to protect the glass so it broke every time. Strongly suggest you don’t order anything that includes glass from Macy’s. It was a wedding gift too which made it even more important that we received it intact. We ended up going to Michael’s to get the 8x10 glass
