Received a empty box company refusing to re-ship my item or refund my money

I had a disappointing experience with my online purchase from Movado. I placed an order for delivery and received a watch that appeared to have visible wear and tear. The watch had scratches on the strap and on the side of the dial, making it look as though it had been previously used rather than brand new. In addition, the watch face did not have a protective plastic covering or screen protector, which is typically expected with a new watch. Based on its condition, I am not satisfied with the product I received and am disappointed with this purchase. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Once I got it, although it was very nice, I just thought it would be a little different. However, it is still a beautiful watch. My brother owns the same one and absolutely loves it.

This watch is beautiful! I’m very picky about my watches and was a little skeptical that I’d like it in person. It was easy to remove links on my own and I’ve been wearing much more than I expected I would. This would be a wonderful gift for a loved one or even yourself.

This watch is very sharp looking. It fits great and is very classy. You can wear dressed up or casually. It is easy to tell time on it. You can read the date on the watch also. It isn’t too heavy which is a plus and very durable. It is easy to put on and take off.
