I cannot adequately rate the product at thi time because it has not been used.

I love that these shoes come in wide and seem comfortable when I tried them on. But beware if you are buying them in black from Macy's! I ordered a 9 and a 9.5 because I wasnt sure which size I would need. However the 9 came in black leather and 9.5 came in black suede. I ended up returning the shoes because the 9 fit the best but dont like the leather and the picture online shows them in suede. I called customer service which wasn't any help with ordering the correct suede material. I even talked to the manager in store when I returned both shoes, and they also didn't know why you can't pick which material you want. So beware if you're buying these in black because they will either send you them in leather or suede material- you don't get to choose. Taking 1 star off because of this.

The pair of shoes I received were not the ones I ordered.

I liked these as hies very much but the ankle strap was too short. So I returened them and brought boots.

I needed a pair of brown pumps, so although these are more tan than brown, I ordered them. Of the three pairs that I ordered, these were by far the most comfortable. The front is not to too pointy, the heel is substantial, and the strap is adjustable. And they're cute on top of that! Bravo.

Very Comfortable and Cute!!! I wear mostly stilettos but as I am 75 I'm finding that I need a more stable heel but I want it to look good!!! These are really cute and I get many compliments!!!
