Hoop does not attach or latch in place, it does not click in place.

Not Ruby red. They are pink. Noticeably.

Bough these twice and both pairs did not clasp, luckily I didn’t lose one and returned right away. Poor quality earrings.

I have had to return all 3 pair I have been sent. I got the emerald ones. The first pair I got last Christmas - tried them on, left ear's clasp wouldn't stay closed at all - exchanged. 2nd pair - stone fell out of one within 2 weeks. - exchanged. 3rd pair - maybe they sent me the 1st pair again? Either way, the left ear's clasp wouldn't stay closed again... exchanged - My husband had purchased the special protection insurance sold by Macy's so I guess we could do this for years, but I just want a decent pair of emerald earrings. Three times should be the charm? Guess at this point I am waiting for another pair - will update when I see what happens to this pair....

They were pretty but too small.

Totally in love with the emerald pair, the clasp isn't enough to hold and lost 1 within 4 hours of receiving them. I am sick and heartbroken.

Beautiful earnings, had to return because looked big on my earlobes .
