Could be better
I do not care for the band on this watch. The fastener is difficult. The original band that it comes with is kind of small and the larger one that also comes with it is too large. Can't get the oxygen to work some days. Comes up with "No Data". Not detailed enough and can't get any vibration alerts to work for what was needed.

Fitbit Sense 2 stopped working
I wore it for one month and it just stopped working. Tried all the trouble shooting with no success. Can't return. Doesn't do much good to achieve Star ratings with Macy's.

Didn’t work on arrival.
It didn’t work on arrival but Fitbit was helpful and sent a return label for just the watch piece. They are sending a new one. Still waiting for the new one to arrive. It was a birthday gift so that part was kind of a bummer since my boyfriend had to return it but hopefully in the end he will be happy.
