I have used council on for years. It is absolutely the best in my opinion.

Very true to size. I wipe them clean. Literally. Bacon, fried eggs, pancakes, ribeyes, potstickers. Great pan.

I’ve used these pans—primarily the 8-inch pan—for about a week. They heat evenly and release food easily with very little oil. Even with minimal oil, food develops a nice crust without sticking. The pans are a bit heavy, but in a good way—the kind of weight that feels sturdy and well-made. They are also very easy to clean. Although they are dishwasher-safe, I hand-wash them every time and would recommend doing the same. Cleanup is quick because food slides right off. Overall, these are great pans, and I would purchase them again. My only wish is that they came with a lid!

I just bought the 8” & 10” pans. Quality of the Premier Calphalon cookware is sturdier and heavier than their less expensive model. I bought this model because the nonstick finish is described to be of better quality and can use metal utensils . The pan handle is heftier and of better quality than their other models. However, the heavy metal handle unbalances the pan so it doesn’t sit flat on electric glass stovetops affecting heat distribution . This problem is corrected if the contents in the pan is heavy enough to weigh down and balance the pan.

After serious looking around I’m happy with my purchase. The pans are perfectly sized and easy to clean. I like the assortment that I chose. I already have plenty of larger pieces. Perfect nonstick finish.

I love my calphalon. I have a complete set, but decided I needed another small frying pan. Love, love love.

I bought these skillets and they are great. I thought I was purchasing larger sizes, but I can use these. I like calphalon products..

The only suggestion I would offer is having a pour spout off the side of all of your pots. They would be perfect.

Love you pots - hate your marketing. We can never figure out what version is what. Then you bundle pans so we have to buy pairs boooooo
