I ordered this item online since it is listed as pure sterling silver. Not only did it arrive poorly packaged with no bubble wrap and damaged (scratches on the silver band, scratched diamonds, and missing diamonds) it also arrived with a label that says, "Silver Plated." This is very dishonest since the inner shank of the ring band is stamped as 925 which is supposed to indicate pure 925 Sterling Silver. I am upset since I have purchased several sterling silver jewelry items from Macy's that were advertised as pure sterling silver; perhaps some or all of their sterling silver is actually silver-plated. This is awful and dishonest for customers like me who can only wear sterling silver or platinum due to a metal allergy. I am returning this and won't be buying jewelry from Macy's ever again!

This is a really nice ring. It looks like a much more expensive ring. I am very happy with this purchase
