The mesh is so fine it takes a bit to get this skimmer fully cleaned so 4 stars. Other than that, it's well made and doesn't bend out of shape like the last one I had. I use it for straining small pasta meals and veggies, rather than pulling out the strainer.

Perfect; I received what I expected. Martha Stewart items never seem to disappoint me. The quality and functionality of the product is spot on. I look forward to using it to fry chicken and skim pasta.

I don’t recommend, holds too much oil while using for frying.

I used this skimmer once and noticed that the mesh is coming off from an edge.
