Colour is lovely and vibrant. Size is excellent a spacious. But the trolley handle is very flimsy so I am returning this suitcase. I fell like this will break over time.

Not shiny (silvery lavender) like the picture. Very flat color of lavender and not pastel.

Online purchase returned due to poor quality. It was flimsy and the hard shell was made of cheap material. Surprised because I have 2 older Delsey bags that are made of excellent quality & have held up well. Went to a bargain store & found an excellent quality Delsey 28 inch spinner for a fraction of the cost.

I bought this luggage at BJs on 2/10/24. I was pretty excited about the look of it as it looked very robust. The Delsey sales tag also boasted "up to 10,000 cycles of performance testing to bring you the best in durability and quality.' Unfortunately, for me, it only made it through 2 domestic trips until its durability rendered it unusable as a corner of the luggage gave way.

Listen... our family only using Delsey. The wheels make it possible to travel alone with 3 pieces of luggage and manage them all without help when necessary. We have 5.25 sets. Only had trouble with one zipper that needs repair after 5 years.

Great luggage. Sturdy, well built, great spinner wheels. Lots of room.. Good value too. This was our 4th piece of Delsey luggage.

The color is beautiful and and has an easy to clean outer coating. The handle has a fluid mechanism that is simple to raise and lower. The wheels glide smoothly and without much effort, I am able to maneuver my suitcase fully loaded with ease. The compartments are well designed and have quality zippers and latches, keeping belongings secured. I have been complimented on my luggage multiple times. It truly performs as great as it looks. I look forward to making many years of memories with my large suitcase, it is made with high-end materials and expert craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this brand to friends and family looking to upgrade their existing pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect overhead luggage bag for quick getaways and easy packing. It is lightweight and I love that the it is made with recycled materials. I am uncertain about the life of the materials as the outer shell seems thin and bendy, which can be a good thing! The wheels are not long lasting study ones however they turn in all directions. The handle also seems a bit wobbly, like it may not have a long lasting life if banged around or pulled on too hard too often. I think this will hold up for my family's needs and I can't wait to see how it does in travel mode! The light weight part is the best piece about it--no breaking your back to lug it along.
