I absolutely love that the handle is one solid piece with the blade, as opposed to many knives I’ve had to toss out for coming unattached from the handle. I will definitely be replacing the knives we have with this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8” chef’s knife is sharp, comfortable to use, lightweight and very well balanced. I love the sleek, one-piece, stainless steel as compared to knives that have wood or composite handles with rivets - this requires less maintenance and makes it more durable as well as less likely to harbor bacteria. I have a similar stainless steel knife; however, it is heavier and does not feel as balanced. It cut through butternut and acorn squash with no problem at all. The blade allows for a nice rocking motion when mincing, chopping and dicing.

It is SUPER sharp and cuts everything we've tested it on with ease. I have to say that it's not as heavy as other knives that we have, but I don't necessarily know if that is a bad thing. The knife seems solid, is one beautiful piece of metal and is going to get a ton of use in our yummy cooking home.
