I love it. This cleaver is my kitchen go to. I've been using it for over a year and the it continues to perform. Best purchase I ever made. I also was able to get this personalized and it was such a great touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this knife! This knife is the perfect size and easy to hold/maneuver. It is sharp enough to cut through almost anything I need cut. It’s very easy to clean and nothing sticks to it. Not only is this a great knife, but it is so pretty too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this had arrived I was taken back by how beautiful the packaging is. I love the attention to detail this brand emphasized on from the packaging to the product everything seemed spot on. From the rivets in the handle and thickness of the spine, to the end of the tang that has been engraved with the Kiyoshi kanji and the way the handle fits gently in my hand has all been thoughtfully curated. Since it is a cleaver it does has a sharp heel so I would be careful as to handle with care but I did love this product. My only critic is that when I had chosen this product I believed it was a damascus blade but it’s just a polished blade that has been laser engraved to put the design on it. I know of other brands that offer true Damascus blades for the same price range if not cheaper. All in all for a beautiful cleaver made with Japanese steal I would recommend buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife looks soooo cool!! The weight feels nice and I like that the handle and blade are one piece. It’s also very sharp, maybe even too sharp? The knife gets a little stuck in my cutting board and I almost feel like it’s going to snap. I do wish the blade was a bit thicker but it cuts very nicely and leaves a clean cut! It looks super cool, only used it for some cilantro at the moment but I’m excited to see how it does on minced meat or even some raw veggies.
