Do not buy , they are really cheap, the clip broke the first time I tried to wear them. Now I have to wear a back on the earrings

Your pick up policy needs to be tweaked. I usually pick up my packages but this time my son was out there and was going to pick up for me. I called the store to inform cashiers my son was coming his name and that he would have I.D.Informed them of what it was and order number. I printed off pick up barcode and gave him my Macy's card AND ID. He still was unable to pick up order after being told (reluctantly) he could. What more do you want and need?! You need to change alternate pick up feature online because once you place order you cannot go back.It's like you are only interested in our money and no customer care. Your products aren't as good as they use to be and certainly not as good as Marshall Fields but loyal customers hang in there with you but not for long. The ear rings were too expensive for basic hoops.

The overall purchase was what I wanted. I had put them on the first day and by the third day it started to hurt my earlobe. I had got a knots on the holes where i had the earrings on at.

I liked the earrings but the clasp is poorly designed. I wore them twice and at some point realized one had fallen off. Luckily I found the missing earring but had to return them because they wouldn't stay on.
