Домик для кошек PawHut Feral Cat House

I have the single story version of this so I knew what to expect as far as quality. However, the instructions for assembly are awful.

The assembly instructions had a few errands, but it was worth the headache.

Had it for like a month and already falling apart. Cats love it but don't know how long it will last if I have to keep repairing it after one month. Not worth the money for the quality.

The directions were not clear. It took 3 times before getting it together. I like the product my cats like it as well

I really love the style of this cat condo, it's super cute. The quality is not very good, we had a couple of pieces arrive with cracks running down the wood. But for our purposes, we were planning on making it into a catio to connect to our window and will be screening the whole condo in as our cat is inside only. So we plan on repainting it to match our house and caulking the pieces that are a little weak to reinforce it as well and adding a door to open/close. I don't think this product would be able to hold up in our mild winters, but as it's under our back patio and out of the sun, I think it's a perfect template for our plans for a catio.

Overall looks nice. The 'litter box space' is more of a crawl space. Good roof but the overall structure is made with cheap thin wood that peels along with the paint. It's definitely not built for cold weather.
