I bought these as a little Valentine gift for my mom, who, like me, loves all things Valentine's Day. We live across the country from each other and I thought these would be a nice little pick-me-up. She is youthful and still a fashionista at age 87 and enjoyed wearing them to events at her independent living facility. I may even buy a pair for myself. They are bold and eye-catching without being gaudy or cheap looking.
