I never received the order to the same address for which I have received previous orders. Customer service offered no solutions for the order which was an important gift. I was only told I would receive a refund when the order was received back at Macy’s. I wasn’t interest in a refund, but only a simple solution of receiving a replacement order in time as a gift. My expectation was doable and not an unrealistic expectation, however, Macy’s customer service was not interested in offering a solution or retaining my business. Receiving an email to rate a product that was never received demonstrates how disconnected customer service is from the negative impact and outcome for a frustrated customer.

Great little earring to bejewel your ear lobes. Very pretty, noticeable. The post on the back is off center instead of being centered which is unique. Not an issue for me.
