I bought this cake stand for my husband. He loves it paired with glass cover. It’s big enough for a full size cake. I love the color. I was worried it would be too muted but it is a pretty blue and looks great in our house.
The cake plate is beautiful , have not used yet, will be the hit at any party. Good quality, price affortable and I like the pillar it is mounted on. A great purchases.

Ordered 4 of these cake plates in pink for a baby girl party. 2 of the cake plates are irregular with bubbles in the glass and uneven glue on the base. This is surprising & disappointing, being that this is a nicely made set of glassware. Quality control issues need to be addressed!
We had this for less than a week and it randomly cracked at 3AM! We were obviously sleeping and this was not a fun way to wake up. I don’t think the glass is thick enough. We do not live in a place with extreme temperature fluctuations.
I have a message that the cake plate was delivered but the picture of the delivery door is not my home. That is the reason for the two stars review. It was delivered to the wrong address. Only second time had this kind of problem all the years that I have been shopping Macy's online, since the Covis Pandemic. My preferred delivered way is by the United States Postl Service, very reliable and secure.

I bought this in June 2023, and much like the other reviewer, this spontaneously broke on me a few days ago! This was never washed in the dishwasher, and only hand washed in warm water. Broken in the same way as the other - perhaps a seam or batch gone wrong. Do not buy!
This was the most beautiful cake plate I’ve ever seen. I bought it just after the holidays and used it a few times and in March, it spontaneously broke. I thought it might have just been a fluke, and I loved it so much, I bought another one and within a couple of months, this one too, spontaneously broke. I also bought the 7 in. plate, and by some miracle, it has not broke yet.
The Fortessa Jupiter Cake Stand in blue is beautifully made & a delicate addition to any dessert table. It looks exactly as pictured; I highly recommend this product.
