Very satisfied with my 2 piece set of Samsonite Luggage

The Samsonite XT3 was exactly what I needed to replace my worn bag (also a Samsonite, lasted ten years). Macy's had this listed for a great price and it was available for immediate shipment.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. Opened it and it was missing the shoulder strap. Contacted Macy’s and they shipped out another one very quickly. Unfortunately the second one was also missing the shoulder strap. Called Macy’s again. They suggested to call Samsonite. After waiting 2 weeks with no resolution I returned the 2nd one and went with another company. Very disappointed with both Macy’s and Samonsonite.
