Do not purchase this. Our diaper pail is falling apart and I reached out to support only to be told they won’t replace or let me return despite my pail being defective.

Works amazingly well (no smells) when there are only a few (~5) diapers in the pail. The mechanism seems to stop working after I add more diapers, so there is either a trick I'm missing, or that's all the pail can handle in reality.

It works! Just as described, it stops the smells and contains the diapers. Super easy to remove the old diapers with the endless bag system. The puck doesn’t seem to rely on just masking dirty diaper smell with a stronger scent. It actually seems to absorb the odors. We really like that because we are trying to be more conscious of the chemicals in the air in our house. Bags are good quality. I thought I’d want something with some more stretch to it, but it doesn’t really make a difference at the end of the day. Cutting the old bag loose is probably easier with the bags the way they are. The only thing is that it’s so light (a plus) that I move it around accidentally when stepping on the pedal to open the lid. Not a big deal. Definitely recommend!

Seems easy to use, the twist feature works well. The pail is bigger than anticipated, which I am pleased about. Changing the bags seems easy and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the design is sleek and blends in well with our nursery. But most importantly, this diaper pail does a good job containing the smell of dirty diapers! Our daughter is a month old and we have used this multiple times a day without issue. It is easy to tell when the pail is full because the lid gives some resistance when you try to close it. At this time, we usually fill the pail in 6-7 days, which is perfect for getting it out the door each trash day. We are using the Diaper pail refill continuous bags and it is easy to use! So far, our toddler doesn't seem interested in messing with the diaper pail, so that is great as I do not see a lock on it. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this diaper pail is great and does exactly what it's intended for - holds dirty diapers and locks the odor away. For the details, the foot pedal makes for a more sanitary experience so I don't have to lift the lid with my contaminated hands after handling soiled diapers. The foot pedal has just enough firmness that the lid doesn't fly open, it opens smoothly and stays open until I've put everything in through the hole that seals up, but it doesn't close on its own so I still have to touch the lid. I just use a wet wipe first to keep the contamination to a minimum though and disinfect it regularly. I think the snap seal bag does a pretty good job holding a lot of diapers, but it seems to fill up faster than the refill cartridge bags. And once the bag fills up a certain amount, either kind, I noticed the pail's front compartment likes to pop open on its own, even if there is still room in the bag for more dirty diapers. It closes back up with a tap so it doesn't really bother me and the bag and scent cartridge does a good job keeping the odors at bay anyways. The height of it is perfect for me, I'm 5'4, and I like the clean white simple look of the pail as well. It blends into any room and any interior design.

It is an excellent diaper pail. Love the snap, lock & seal refill bags. It is a god send.
