The instructions for this are minimal at best. Basically just a hand-drawn picture and it leaves you to figure out how it actually goes together. The only way mine would go together is by putting the furry small post on the bottom step and putting the small rope post in the place that the picture shows on the second step. It took me over a month to put this together because I would get so frustrated I would have to stop and come back to it later. I have put together several different cat trees over the years with no problems. I will not be purchasing another from Aosom again.

After looking at the price of pet stairs I bought this instead for my elder cat. As cat stairs this is perfect. The steps are slightly higher than cat stairs but still short enough that he can walk up them without hops. It is higher than typical set of stairs, second level reaches my bed. Useful because I can move it to my extra large cat tree and he can use all three steps to reach base. He isn't fond of the scratchers on each level but he has enough room to comfortably climb up using the carpet section. I will be covering the floor scratchers with some cloth so he has more space and can lay out. The sisil rope is thin in diameter, not sure if it would hold up to constant use. Overall depends on your use for it. For the price point it was more useful than cat stairs and gave my cat more confidence reaching my bed or my extra tall cat tree.

Very Easy To Assemble, Read and Follow the Instructions. We have 2 large male cats that Love this Cat Tower. They enjoy resting on the tiered perches to look out the window. Great Price, a great choice for older cats.

To keep away from the pup, our senior kitty eats on the counter. This Cat Tree is just the right height. Most were 24" - WAY TO LOW

Loved this product but the seat on top is way too small for our cat (she's 11-12 pounds)

This cat tree was easy to assemble but the directions were a little unclear. Appears to be stable but will tether to the wall just in case

i was t sure if my cat would use it but she loves it!! it was so easy to put together. love the built-in scratch pads!!

Got this for my older cat to get up to his food without jumping. Took him a day or 2 but now he always uses it. Both my cats enjoy lounging on it. Easy to out together, lightweight and makes for a great scratching post too
