Shun Classic Нож для очистки 3.5"

An essential tool. This was a gift to my SIL, who is coming along quite well.

I bought two. One for my husband and one for my son for Christmas. They love them. The handle feels great in their hands. They make cooking fun!!!

Its already dull. . . haven't had it that long. I cut myself the other day slicing up bell peppers. How do you reshaped these knives??

Easily the most underrated knife in my collection. Small and mighty!

While the knife itself looks like it will last, there are two things that make it a very uncomfortable knife to use. 1. The blade length is too long for a paring knife. Should be 0. 5 cm shorter imo. 2. The blade starts too close to the handle, making it too easy to cut yourself while washing the knife. Fortunately, I have a grinder, so I fixed it. Also rounded the point a bit. Who needs a needle sharp point on a paring knife?

I used a friend's paring knife and loved the feel and decided I needed one for smaller tasks such as slicing garlic cloves as well as cutting broccoli. I like the weight and the smaller size and it's balanced just right.

This little knife does a great job cutting! I use it for almost everything, I am planning to order a second knife from this company it’s worth the money but this time I will get a little larger knife.

Just love this knife., have a large chef knife that was gifted tome and this is a perfect paring knife!
