I love the softness of the silk, but unfortunately it fits large on the shoulders and borderline on the chest (fine until I move my arms). For reference, I'm 5'2", weight 140 lbs, bra size 34B, and tried the size M.
This sizes run large and once I figured that out and sized down, I love the blouses.
