I ordered this item and did not receive this exact model but one that had only 1 module, not 4 as advertised. I was told by the Macy's CSR that this was shipped by a 3rd party vendor. Rather than offer to send more modules separately, she started a full on return and refund. Ordering an item like this on Macy's is a risk and I realize they are not good at electronics or anything outside the clothing retail scope.

The item pictured has multiple extra tips. I received a different box with the flosser unit and only one tip. Customer Service told me to keep the unit I received for a full refund but could not do an exchange for the correct item. Very disappointed.

Portable and Good for Travel. Although, only 1 tip included, it's good for quick freshening up.

I would have given this 5 stars if all the pieces were there I only got one nozzle.

I had this water flosser for 4 weeks and it no longer works. I have tried to contact the seller several times with no reply.

My 1st time using an oral irrigation system. It's easy to use but takes some getting use to. I wet the wall and mirror 😆 But my mouth feels fresher.

The Pursonic water flosser works far better than Water-Pik at 1/2 the price. I can go 2 weeks without charging the Pursonic, then I only do it because I feel I should lol. Water-Pik loses charge daily, and I have gone through 3 of them before finding Pursonic. Water pressure is perfect! Will purchase again if needed!

I purchased it through Macys on line and was not able to return to Macy’s because it was purchased through Marketplace. I returned to sender on 2/19/2024 and was received on2/28/2024 I called they and said it takes 5-7 after received to original sender. Still waiting for refund!! I didn’t realize I was ordering from a marketplace through Macys!! NEVER AGAIN!!
