Listen I'm so tired of the few brick and motar stores we have left under valuing their consumers. I ordered these boots because from the photo I thought they looked nice. The boots arrived quickly but im definitely underwhelmed by them so im returning them but my larger problem is Macy's. Im old enough to say I have been a Macy's costumer for over 40 years, but nowadays with the internet, third party vendors and overall horrible customer service you guys just don't care how customers are treated. When I opened the package the boots arrived in....just look at the attached pictures, Im not wasting anymore time (or money) on this review or Macy's. Overall rating negative 0.

I liked the boots until I read the lead warning tag on the bottom. They should put that warning in the description. Ugh!

Not leather or comfy. When walking the boot does a crease on top of the boot which is uncomfortable on the top of my foot. Will return

I was disappointed when I was able to see these in person. The ”leather” actually looks like vinyl and “sheering” looks very synthetic in person. Fit was true to size (I wear 8-8.5 in sandals/loafers/sneakers but like a 9 in boots because I prefer to wear socks).

GREAT PRICE! GOOD LOOKING BOOT! BUT THE CALF WAS TOO SMALL TO ZIPPER ALL THE WAY UP. MAYBE A ZIPPER UP THE BACK OF THE BOOT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. HAD TO RETURN

Look great! Very pleased with the quality and feel of this boot which unfortunately, can be a challenge with Vegan boots. Luv these!
