They are perfect for small servings… pretty and petite.

The bowls arrived perfectly packaged and I have no problem with the smaller size. There are no seams and looking straight into it, it looks beautiful. HOWEVER, from the outside -- at least on the clear version -- there a stamp on the clear part of the glass. At first I thought it was dirty / dingy but then saw it is an actual part of the mold. Looking inside the bowl, however, it is perfectly clear. Got these to coordinate with the Iittala plates I have -- unfortunately they're going back as it doesn't look nice. Had I known it had this "stamp" I would not have purchased. Maybe if it were a colored bowl it would be ok. On the bright side, there is no visible seam and is quite sturdy. I also ordered a slightly larger Godinger bowl with the same beaded design from another site in case these were too small. Those do have the clarity of the glass on both the outside and inside; however, that brand is a hit or miss in terms of having one vertical visible seam.

Love these bowls. Perfect size and great look. Just be careful because if you stack them in a certain way they get stuck together. It took a rubber mallet for me to separate them.

I really like these bowls but be aware they are not really cereal bowl sized. I purchased these to hold nuts, candies, small fruit salads. I do notice in some lights the pink color does have a lavender tint . overall I am happy with my purchase as these will work for what I intended.
