The watch came without any protective plastic on band or face, paperwork; warranty, book etc and not in the Promaster Box as shown on Citizens wensite. Returned at store and they reordered a new watch. This one came the same exact way except the tag had pen over the price. Was clearly a returned watch. Will be returning and purchasing through Citizen. A $$$ watch should not come like this
this is my 4th watch in the Eco drive series the quality keeps improving. You can't just get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The moment I took it out of the box I could see it's a professional piece. I heard reviews of it being to heavy but after a few minutes, I felt very comfortable wearing it. When I look at the downloadable instructions, I was a bit worried it would be too complicated, but I actually found it quite simple and fun. This is the third Citizen Watch I have. The other two still work fine, but I wanted a change.
Bought for my bf because my favorite color is green and he absolutely loved it
