Shoes are good but Macy's customer service doesn't exist

Finally received the shoes they was shipped in a bag no box and the white soles and side of the shoes had red die on both shoes. I was extremely upset because I was going to wear them to wedding that day, I had to go buy another pair of shoes for that day

Nice looking but a red colored sealant used to make the shoes leaked out and dyed the white soles pink.

There’s red dye on the white sole of the shoe because they were clearance I cannot return them

I purchased these shoes for my husband. I was totally disappointed when they arrived. There was a red dye stain on the side of each shoe. Not what I expected so I returned them.

I was so excited to get these. When they showed up the white edge around the bottom is pink!! It’s like the dye bled onto it. Also they didn’t even show up in a shoebox which was the first red flag!

Landed these shoes for a great price but was disappointed when they arrived and the glue they used to secure the sole left an organs stain around the whole white sole. I returned and had a new pair sent hoping it was a one off defect but took my disappointment, the same orange stain on the visible sides of the sole of both shoes. What a shame, guess I will just ask for a refund.
