I have been trying to use This item and never worked since I received it

Makes my hair look amazing, does not tug or pull and it feels shiner after I use it. I am a T3 customer for life.

I love my t3s they are amazing the only problem is the middle barrel don’t work good at all .

My friend has the T3 switch kit wave trio and I borrowed it. It curled my hair exactly how I wanted it. I could never get my hair curled the way I envisioned with any other curling iron. I then was in a wedding and the hair stylist had all T3 products and it was just blew my mind on how everything works so well. I need to make the investment myself still!

Amazing! Works so well and leaves my hair soft and shiny even after multiple uses. I love the easiness of being able to switch from head to head, and it's super functional and intuitive to use. Definitely recommend to anyone who uses a curling tool at least 3 times a month!

It’s ok I feel like the curls don’t really hold. Too bad I lost the box and everything else I don’t think I could return it
