Bottom warped on second use. I was canning ground beef in 7 pint jars. I had 3 quarts and 1 cup of water. Ran out of water right at the end. Bottom warped. Not bad but it does spin. Used 2x4 board and a dead blow hammer and got most of the warp out.
I love the pressure canner. The size is perfect for me.
Only induction autoclave available, works great. I added to quarters for extra weight to have 15 psi.
Good quality but very heavy. Wish they offered the smaller traditional size canner in stainless steel.

I canned beets today following instructions provided and everything went very smoothly. I cannot begin to say just how happy I am that you have made a pressure cooker for an induction range.
I bought this canner precisely because I bought a new induction range. It does not work. I have a Frigidaire Gallery range, definitely NOT a "portable."
I’ve had my canner for several years and it has not failed at all. I recently bought an induction range and am currently using a metal plate with my canner. I’m thinking about buying a new Presto Induction compatible canner!!
