I ordered earings on-line. I never received a notification that they were in the store. I called customer service was told they were at the store. When I went to pick them up there were many issues, too many to mention here, it took an hour to get them resolved. Jack from customer service went above and beyond to find them for me. I have dealt with him on previous occasions he is on top of things at all times
