Macy’s Should Remove This Product From Its Offerings This is genuinely one of the lowest-quality kitchen products I’ve purchased, and I’m surprised Macy’s carries it. The entire vegetable slicer/dicer feels incredibly cheap and flimsy. The plastic construction has virtually no sturdiness to it, and all of the components—including the slicing and dicing attachments—feel equally flimsy and poorly made. They’re also awkward and difficult to use. Even the packaging reflected the quality of the product. Mine arrived in a damaged, low-quality box that immediately gave the impression of a cheaply manufactured item. This goes beyond simply being disappointed with a purchase. The overall construction and quality are so poor that I genuinely think Macy’s should reconsider carrying this product at all. It does not meet the level of quality I would expect from merchandise sold by Macy’s, and I would strongly recommend removing it from the assortment.

The grate at the top does not fit the large chopper so it wont even close. Poorly made.

This arrived broken and cracked in multiple place. The plastic appeared cheap and the packaging and labeling were poor. Returned immediately.

I bought this thinking that I hit the jackpot of what a chopper could do. Boy was I WRONG! This thing did 2 chops and the small grid chopper fell apart! And you need to be Superman in order to push it down. I am past the return date for this awful thing! It is a waste of money

Does not dice carrots. And used the slicer blade for potatoes and the blade fell off. Don’t waste your money.
