The design and durability of the overall bag is good. The zipper is faulty and will not open close easily, which is frustrating-especially while traveling. I would expect better from Baggallini. I wish I could have returned my backpack for something more reliable, but it was a gift. I would not recommend this bag.

I saw a lot of good reviews prior to purchase. Love the bag for the most part as I was using for work. It holds quite a bit of stuff including the cables, headphones, chargers etc. But 4 months into it, the handle started fraying and peeled off. The rest is fine, but the handle is not. Really wish it held up a bit better for what I paid for.

Excellent quality. This backpack has plenty of space and is perfect for my work. Plus, it's beautiful. Great purchase.

Bought it last year the handles leatherette disintegrated and crumbled up on my trip. Disappointed since the bag is still new.

I wanted to love this backpack, based on what I read in other reviews. I had to return it, though. The straps are set too close to my neck and have a mesh backing, which scratched my neck and shoulders, making it unusable for me. Additionally, I couldn't cinch up the straps enough to fit.

This is a great bag! It’s actually bigger than I expected and so I can’t use it every day as I had wanted to. It holds a tremendous amount of stuff and I think I could go away for a weekend just using that. But it’s very nicely designed with lots of pockets and I think it’s a little upscale with the design on around the handles and everything. I’m glad I bought it

I use the Baggalini SoHo bag every day as a real estate broker and it has been fantastic. The side pockets are perfect for my umbrella, wipes, and water bottle. The material is durable, easy to wipe clean, and always looks professional. I’ve used it for years and it still looks great. I love the opening on this bag and all the pockets. All the items I need to take to the office fit well and I can find them easily wherever I am working. It looks professional but also sleek and fun.
