I just received these today. The quality of these mugs is good but the capacity is definitely not 12 ounces it is barely 10 using water from my calibrated measuring cup. I bought these specifically for our expresso machine and making lattes or similar where you need room for milk and I wanted a specific size so very disappointed. I am considering returning them.
