This is the jumper my daughter wore for kindergarten and we were surprised to find in big kid sizes. She is now a HS senior and is excited to wear for “childhood” theme day. For anyone looking for a larger size in a jumper, for a frame of reference, my 18 yo daughter is 5’8” and 140 lbs.
The jumpers are great quality. They are soft and more lightweight than other companies, but they can be warm. They are also true to size and well sewn.
I love this jumper! Truly plus sized , with a comfortable fit and not too long! Adorable. Best plus size fit I’ve found at lands end.
Purchased for an 8yo. Followed size chart and ordered a 14P!! Absolutely huge- After returns and going to friends houses to avoid return hassles, she ended up fitting into a 8P! Size charts really need reviewed!!
Thank you Land's End for offering some of the school uniform assortment in a plus size. My granddaughter is a plus size child. I am thankful that I am able to purchase clothing that is going to fit her properly. The fabric is a good quality and the jumper washes up well. My only request is I wish you offered the Rapid Dry Polo is a plus/husky size.
I’ve bought these for 4 years now and have always been happy until the last order. I ordered 3 and they ran very small. I made the mistake of washing them and drying before having my daughter wear one. These are expensive so it’s disappointing to not be able to use them.
Bought a size 8 for my daughter and it was so wide across the chest and armpits that I had to get it altered! Have never had this problem with previous sizes. I agree with the reviewer who said the measurements are off.
The jumper is way too short and doesn't reach top of knee when child is within the recommended height range. At the same time, it's very wide at the waist. This needs to be offered in a tall/slim option. I will need to exchange for the next larger size, but my girls are both going to be swimming in them as far as width goes.
These uniforms are comfortable and have held up to being worn a lot. Especially now when we are unable to purchase any size that fits due to backorder. We are limited to this one jumper at this time.
School uniform and I was hoping the blended fabric would mean no ironing :(
