My concern is not about the bag itself, but about the service and quality control. I received a used, pre- owned, and visibly dirty bag. The condition was so obvious that I didn’t even get the chance to evaluate the quality or use it. It’s disappointing that Macy’s did not have the decency to verify what was being mailed out. This should have never passed inspection. I expect new items when I purchase new items, and this experience fell far below Macy’s standards. Unfortunately, the bag was returned.

This bag is very nice, has lots of compartments which I love, and is lightweight. It looks great as well. I got it in brown and the color is beautiful. The sale price was such a steal!

I love the size and all the pockets.

Nicely made. Holds more than anticipated. It’s still a challenge to recall what I placed in each section, but that should improve with time! I love that the Calvin Klein logo is discretely placed so I don’t feel like a walking billboard.

I bought this pocketbook & love it. Everything is secure.
