Рождественская подвеска Swarovski Holiday Magic Angel Ornament

I bought 5 of these as Christmas gifts and had three sent directly to recipients.. One arrived with a broken star wand. The gift recipient called Macy’s and was told not to return broken and a new one would be sent. Two weeks later called Macy’s back and was told a gift card was being issued and she should have it in a couple of weeks. She explained the angel had been a special gift and she was expecting a replacement. They indicated they would replace it but not at the sale price. She’d have to pay the price difference. Macy’s finally agreed to replace it since it arrived damaged. I was mortified she had to go through all of this. Then today, I got an e-mail that I had not returned the damaged item and needed to do so immediately. I’ll call Monday but am very disappointed in Macy’s.

Ordering this new Swarovski angel ornament through Macy's was easy, it arrived on time in excellent condition, and was on sale during the holiday time.

I have collected Swarovski ornaments for years now and they never disappoint. They are quite beautiful.

One of their prettiest ornaments ever!

I ordered this ornament online. It came in three pieces. The crystal wasn’t broken but the head and wings weren’t attached. For the price, this ornament was made very poorly. I returned it. I didn’t exchange it because of the workmanship.
