We are remodeling our home & wanted to update the dishes. These looked good on the website & better upon receipt. Now looking forward to using them once the project is complete. Also bought the sugar bowl, creamer & vegetable dish. They are great looking also.
I registered for these place settings and bakeware in 2011 when I got married, and they are still going strong! We've added 2 kids to the mix so there have been 1 or 2 plates broken from being dropped, but I still have 95% of the pieces I originally received. I'm sure they'll last another 15 years!
We absolutely love our Noritake dishware. It's beautiful and durable. We picked Raspberry and love the color pop in our kitchen!!

Plates have very nice appearance and handles enough space for the food.
Color is very nice for what we wanted. Very nice! Plate rims are not even when stacked. After taking all lables off two sets, we found out the plates are too tall (about 11" or 80cm) for our dishwasher by 1/2".

Colorwave are very nice dishes. I have had 3 other different color sets over the years. However, this is the first set of square plates I have owned. They are slightly heavier than the round plates. The pictures on the website also show the square plates as much flatter than what they actually are. The square plate edges tilt up higher than the round, which I’m not sure I like. Not ALL meals sit in the center of the plate. Food has to sit on the angle/tilt of the plate. Example; if you are serving a meal of steak, baked potato, and a vegetable, or any other meal with more than one food choice. As always though, nice quality of dinnerware.
23 Years ago someone gave me a set of dinnerware that had coffee cups as part of the set. After losing a few pieces throughout the years, I started looking for another dinnerware set that included mugs or coffee cups. I was surprised to see that it's hard to find a set including the coffee mugs. I looked at the brand of the plates remaining and I looked for the name Noritake in the internet. I found Noritake dinnerware in Macys and I am delighted! This dinnerware is beautiful, practical and perfect because it includes the coffee mugs. The delivery at home was fast. I love it
