Well constructed, easy to open, stays shut, good quality mirror, and relatively good brushes for a compact.

I thought with the 2 pieces you would get what is similar in a quad set, the black ended tips and the white and brush, disappointed to get just one part of the eyeshadow application set. Grossly disappointed. Kept one of 2 and returned the other. Wouldn't really recommend as you can easily use quality brushes for the areas the brush and white pad use.
