Never receive the package. Customer service not very helpful

I still haven't received the watch. It should have arrived before Christmas according to the shipping info when i ordered it. But i got notified that it is coming next week well after Christmas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when I first got this watch, and I opened up the box, I immediately fell in love with it. The Emerald green dial is one of the cleanest that I have ever seen, and it just wears perfectly. As at the beginning of my hobby of watch collecting, this added very well and serves precedent for my future ones.

I wear this watch everyday to my office job. Men listen up! This watch will make you look professional. Tsuyosa means power and strength in Japanese.
