The exterior is a beautiful, shiny hammered copper that’s well-crafted with high-quality material. The heat is evenly distributed, so you won’t burn your food. The lid is perfectly sized and seals well, keeping the moisture and flavor inside. Handle is strong enough to easily carry the pan . This pan is my absolute favorite, and the size is perfect for cooking small batches. It’s also aesthetically pleasing, so you can serve food in it too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low temp is the trick ! I didn’t add any oil. It was very non stick when I was heating at low temp. I won’t be dishwashing this one which is a bummer but it’s worth it. This hammered copper is pretty!

I did do a hand wash no heat cycle and it worked well also. This is a very high quality pan set and company. So far no issues. Just be a little careful if put in oven on a hot handle.
