I am appalled that Macys would send me defective Jewelry. One earring is missing 9 NINE stones. The second earring missing 4 stones. These defects visible Through the plastic baggy even before i removed them. This tells me that the macys representative had to have seen the defects as well but didnt care! Where is Macys pride. I just recently had surgery and am confined to my home for recovery and so purchased jewelry both diamond and crystal earrings for my daughters birthday online. I am beyond angry and disappointed at the lack of quality and concern that this macys purchase represents! Shame on Macys!!!!!!!

I love these earrings but some diamonds fell out. So many people have complained me on how beautiful they are. I'm upset that diamonds came out im still wearing them hoping nobody notices. I wasn't offered any warranty when i purchased them. So wish that the diamonds didn't fall out. I want to say don't buy them but i still love them so much and wish that they could be replace.

These are super sparkly and lightweight, for 40 years I’ve only worn studs so after a while I can feel them and the clasp. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not, but for the price I wouldn’t return them. They look good dressed up or down. I have been wearing them everyday, to work and even to walk the dog!

I’ve had these beautiful earrings for about a months and like 60% of the diamonds have already fallen out! So ridiculous for how much they cost. Would not recommend!
