just got it a week ago used it once you worked exactly as I expected, and I have faith that it will hold up where no other raising pan has for me. Wish I would’ve bought it 40 years ago.

This braiser is both beautiful and functional. My food comes out exceptional with such an easy clean up.

I bought this as a housewarming gift for our grandson who loves to cook and just moved into his first apartment. He loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm definitely glad I got the larger 5 quart size instead of the 3.5. It is a little more shallow than I understood from the dimensions on the website, that includes the height of the lid. That said, I absolutely adore all of the ceramic coated cast-iron pieces by Le Creuset. They are incredibly easy to clean, and maintain their beauty for years. I'm thrilled to have this in our collection of other similar pieces, and I am definitely going to purchase more in the future! Worth the price, no doubt.

Another fantastic piece of cookware from Le Creuset, my favorite cookware company! This piece is huge! I have only used it a few times just yet but it’s wonderful for roasting red bell peppers and tomatoes for sauces and cinnamon rolls for a crowd! As with every piece of Le Creuset I own, the performance is flawless!
